Ordering & Payments

• Orders can be placed through our official platform (website, app, or authorized partners).
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Payments must be made at the time of placing the order through available payment methods (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, COD if available).
• We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of non-receipt of payment, technical errors, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery & Fulfillment

• Delivery timelines depend on your location and availability. While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions.
• Delivery charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout.
• Customers are requested to provide accurate delivery information. Desidiet will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability of the customer.

Refund & Return Policy

At Desidiet, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of food products, we follow these guidelines:

Cancellations

• Orders cannot be canceled once preparation has started.
• If cancellation is made before preparation, a full refund will be initiated.

Refunds

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

• Incorrect item delivered.
• Item delivered in damaged, spoiled, or unsafe condition.
• Non-delivery of order due to reasons attributable to us.

Refunds will not be provided if:

• The customer provided the wrong delivery address.
• The customer was unavailable at the time of delivery.
• Dissatisfaction is based on personal taste preferences.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Returns

• Due to health and hygiene reasons, food items once delivered cannot be returned.
• In case of a wrong or damaged order, customers are required to provide proof (photo/video) within 2 hours of delivery for verification.

• Customers are responsible for informing us about any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order.
